The role
- Liaise with all members of the team to ensure maximum performance across all aspects of delivery, providing direction and clarity
- Lead project delivery from concept stage to completion, documenting scope, creating schedules, maintaining budget expectations, and managing implementation plans
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure that projects run efficiently
- Establish and maintain client relationships, providing regular project status updates
- Allocate and track use of team and resource to maximise deliverables and ensure project efficiency
Required skills and qualifications
- 3 or more years of project management experience
- Event delivery experience
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgets
- Very detail and structure oriented
- Proven at working with all levels of management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
