Hiring Process

The Graphic Designer (based in Dubai) will be responsible for creating and supporting graphics for projects and campaigns across multiple platforms. You will ensure that all graphics align with the brand’s identity and maintain a consistent look and feel while delivering high-quality work. You will create designs that encourage interaction, engagement, and sharing, helping to amplify activations and campaigns visually. Staying current with social media trends, tools, and best practices is essential to create innovative and relevant content. Candidates should have a proven track record of professional graphic design experience in the MENA region over the past 2 years, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media design projects across various platforms. Demonstrate an ability to clearly structure your thinking in response to creative challenges. Work with the wider creative team to proactively contribute to the ideation process. Create assets for presentations and artwork ready files for print and digital output. Contribute to internal design tasks including website branding, case study design, etc. Locations: Cardiff ( and surrounding areas)
